Pelican Marsh is ideally located in North Naples about
one and one-half miles from the Vanderbilt Gulf Beaches. Upscale shopping and
dining facilities are within blocks and Pelican Marsh is close to the
Philharmonic Center for the Arts. There is over a 1000 acres of property with
beautiful landscaping. Lakes are numerous and the 133 acres of nature preserves
provide a terrific environment for wildlife including eagles and wading birds

There are 25 named communities within Pelican Marsh.
Over 50% of the dwellings are of the multi-family or coach home type. The
remaining homes are villas and estate homes. About 45% of the owners are here
year round.
A resident elected Board of Directors of the Foundation
of Pelican Marsh is responsible for the operations and capital improvements for
the amenities at Center Court and the Community Center. Over $2,000,000 is
available to fund planned improvements. A resident elected Board of Supervisors
of the Pelican Marsh Community Development District is responsible for the
operations, upkeep and capital projects related to common facilities such as
streetlights, sidewalks, landscaping and lakes. Over $1,000,000 is available to
fund new projects such as community access control and perimeter fencing.
